For part one of my project, worth 20 points, I am creating an online game that incorporates four subjects: Math, History, Geometry, and Geography and is called "Select-a-box". The game was created through the program Smart Notebook Lesson, and provides students typically younger students in middle school, with a variety of questions followed by amusing pictures, cool animations, and other options to keep the students interested but also learn at the same time.
This game was created to provide another method of learning through a process called application. Not only does this game obtain the students attention, but gets he or she involved in what their doing and applying the numbers and words they have seen in class to something hands-on and real.
Board Game
For the second and final part of my project, I have decided to create an excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will show data and results on 3 NFL professional football players in regards to fantasy football. In fantasy football, people select the "best" players of their choice, accumulate points per player based off the actual game, and compete against other people in their specific league. The spreadsheet will consist of their stats and accumulated points from week 1 of the NFL season to now.
